Tracking Your Order
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number within 24 hours. Use this to monitor your package in real-time on the carrier's website (FedEx or USPS).
No Tracking Number?
If you don't receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, contact us at info@zuika.life.
Order Issues & Lost Packages
Package Not Arriving?

Check the tracking: Wait until the estimated delivery date passes before reporting an issue

Contact the carrier: Sometimes packages are misdelivered to neighbors or held for pickup

Contact us: If your package is truly lost, email us with your order number and tracking details
Lost Package Resolution
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier (typically after 30 days):

We'll file a claim with the shipping carrier

You'll receive a replacement order or full refund once the claim is approved

Packages Held by Carriers
Some carriers hold packages for signature or ID verification. Check your carrier's tracking page or contact them directly before assuming your package is lost.
Damaged or Compromised Packages
What to Do

Take photos: Document damage to both the exterior packaging and contents

Don't open it further: Preserve the package as evidence

Address Issues
Incorrect Address Provided by You
If you provided the wrong address and we catch it before shipping, we'll correct it at no cost.
If we ship to an incorrect address and it's returned to us:

You'll be responsible for reshipment costs

We'll offer a 50% discount on reshipment as a goodwill gesture

Delivery Attempts
Most carriers make 1-2 delivery attempts. If your package requires a signature and no one is home:

The carrier will leave a notice

Pick up at the carrier's facility, or

Contact the carrier to arrange redelivery
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If you refuse delivery or don't claim your package within a specified timeframe:

The package will be returned to our facility

You'll be responsible for reshipment costs if you want us to try again

Contact us within 7 days of the attempted delivery to arrange reshipment
Holiday & Weather Delays
During peak seasons (holidays, major events) or severe weather, shipping may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience! We'll always keep you updated on any significant delays.
Subscription Orders
Same shipping policy applies. Subscription orders receive priority processing and ship within 1-2 business days. All subscription orders include FREE shipping to your door.
